How do you ensure the freshness of pastries during shipping?
All items are baked fresh and immediately packaged with temperature-controlled insulation and ice packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your treats arrive in peak condition.
Do you offer nationwide shipping for the Cronut® pastry?
Due to its delicate nature and short shelf life, the Cronut® pastry is currently only available for local pickup. However, we ship many other signature items like our DKA and Cookie Shots nationwide.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days prior to any special event to account for potential carrier delays.
What is your return policy for food items?
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our guest relations team within 24 hours of delivery.
Are there options for customers with food allergies?
